of weeks.<\/p>\n<p>Running Point tells the story of reformed party girl Isla Gordon who suddenly finds herself running her family’s business – basketball team the <a data-track=\"inline-tag-auto-link_article\" href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/tag\/los-angeles\/\">Los Angeles<\/a> Waves.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, with the unexpected role comes a series of obstacles she must overcome while proving herself and battling against three competitive older brothers, but Isla becomes the new team’s president and leads them close to victory.<\/p>\n<p>The synopsis teases: ‘A reformed party girl must prove herself as a businesswoman when she’s unexpectedly put in charge of her family’s pro basketball team.’<\/p>\n<p>Produced by creators including <a href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/tag\/mindy\/\">Mindy Kaling<\/a> and Elaine Ko, Running Point stars <a href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/tag\/kate-hudson\/\">Kate Hudson<\/a> in the leading role, and is
