after the original Netflix show was cancelled.<\/p>\n<p>The revived show has landed a neat 83% from critics on Rotten Tomatoes and <a href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/2025\/02\/25\/tv-reboot-hailed-spectacular-first-reactions-7-years-netflix-cancellation-22624671\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/2025\/02\/25\/tv-reboot-hailed-spectacular-first-reactions-7-years-netflix-cancellation-22624671\/\">rave reviews from fans<\/a> who have called it ‘absolutely the best thing Marvel has released on their streaming service.’<\/p>\n<p>The impressive opening week figures, per<a href=\"https:\/\/variety.com\/2025\/tv\/ratings\/daredevil-born-again-viewership-disney-plus-1236333591\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/variety.com\/2025\/tv\/ratings\/daredevil-born-again-viewership-disney-plus-1236333591\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Variety<\/a>, come after Disney+ secured 7m views in a nine-day period for Sterling K Brown’s Paradise and, in September 2024, it smashed 9.3m with Agatha All Along’s debut.<\/p>\n<p>It remains to be seen whether it will reach the heights of one of Disney+’s biggest shows from 2023 to 2024, Percy Jackson and the Olympians, which garnered an impressive 13.3 million viewers for the first episode in the first week. <\/p>\n<p>The synopsis for the rebooted series explains that Matt Murdock is ‘fighting for justice through his bustling law firm, while former mob boss Wilson Fisk (Vincent D’Onofrio) pursues his own political endeavours in New show, it seems to have assured viewers that their favourite TV show from years gone by still has that special spark.<\/p>\n<p>One Rotten Tomatoes user, Jake C, praised: ‘So far this show has put a smile on my face unlike any other Marvel Television show in the last 3 years.<\/p>\n<p>‘I loved the past 3 seasons of Daredevil and I really hope this entry shapes out to be like the others.
