a second season with six heart-pounding episodes to sink your teeth into.<\/p>\n<p>The show (called Tontenfrau in its original language) synopsis reads: ‘In a vengeful quest to find out who killed her husband, a woman ends up exposing her small community’s deepest and ugliest secrets.’<\/p>\n<p>The first season was released in 2022 and quickly gathered plenty of praise from fans who dubbed the show ‘dark and brutal’.<\/p>\n<p>It’s set in a picturesque part of the Austrian landscape – the Tyrolean Alps – which is renowned for its majestic peaks and stunning views all year round.<\/p>\n<p>‘Anna Maria Muhe is outstanding, as she is in everything that I have seen her perform in,’ <a data-track=\"inline-tag-auto-link_article\" href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/tag\/rotten-tomatoes\/\">Rotten A great story of extreme male misogyny, female revenge & corporate greed.
