data-id=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/tag\/millie-bobby-brown\/\">Millie Bobby Brown<\/a> has revealed she just like the rest of us – riding the coattails of our parents’ <a data-track=\"inline-tag-auto-link_article\" href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/tag\/netflix\/\">Netflix<\/a> subscription.<\/p>\n<p>The screen star rose to fame aged 12 when she played the lead, Eleven, in one of Netflix’s biggest shows that started in 2016 and will conclude with a fifth and final season later this year. <\/p>\n<p>She also has a lucrative deal with Netflix which involves her starring as the titular heroine in the Enola Holmes franchise and, most recently, appeared in the <a href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/2025\/03\/07\/netflix-just-spent-a-reported-320-000-000-soulless-nostalgia-bait-22688468\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/2025\/03\/07\/netflix-just-spent-a-reported-320-000-000-soulless-nostalgia-bait-22688468\/\">$320million (\u00a3246m) critical flop, The Electric State<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>It is understood that the group of young stars have a pay packet totalling $7m (\u00a35.5m) each for the upcoming season of Stranger Things and the two adult leads, Winona Ryder and David Harbour, will secure \u00a39.5m.<\/p>\n<p>Millie will get top billing although her exact salary is undisclosed as part of her wider deal with Netflix. He added that One Day star Leo Woodall still uses his mum’s account.<\/p>\n<p>‘Yeah, do you know what? I\u2019m like that too. I\u2019m still using my parent\u2019s account,’ Millie said. <\/p>\n<p>Then added: ‘I\u2019m still using my parent\u2019s account. I kind of refuse to pay for the subscription, because my parents pay and I\u2019m still a child in my eyes, and in their eyes. So yeah, I\u2019m part of the family deal.’<\/p>\n<p>Millie has made clear that she is a woman with an eye for a bargain. <\/p>\n<p>The skincare brand owner opened up to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=376JmatmnaI\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=376JmatmnaI\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Call Her Daddy<\/a> podcast about her very different spending habits to her wealthy husband, Jake Bongiovi.<\/p>\n<p>She explained: ‘I\u2019ll be like: “Oh, I need socks,” and he\u2019ll be like: “Let\u2019s go to Prada!” And I\u2019m like: “Let\u2019s go to Target, like, what?!” <\/p>\n<p>‘He\u2019s just that kind of guy. He loves to go shopping; he will refuse to pack a suitcase because he likes to go shopping in the place we are going, whereas I\u2019m like: Amazon basics. It\u2019s Millie Bonnie Brown. I\u2019ve never told anyone that.
