I’m A Celebrity<\/a> star Melvin Odoom<\/a> has revealed his weight loss from 18 days in the jungle, and sent fans wild with a steamy selfie.<\/p>\n

The radio<\/a> DJ and presenter, 44, became the fourth celebrity eliminated from the camp, following Loose Women’s Jane Moore<\/a>, N-Dubz singer Tulisa Contostavlos<\/a> and Dean McCullough back to the land of proper showers and clean sheets.<\/p>\n

And while most of the contestants are probably sick of rice and beans, Melvin’s praised the ‘diet’ as he showed off his new physique.<\/p>\n

Taking to Instagram with a shirtless selfie, he wrote: ‘Lost some pounds, gained some abs\u2026highly recommend the rice and beans jungle diet \ud83d\udc1b\ud83d\udd77\ufe0f<\/p>\n

‘(For anyone that\u2019s asking I went from 71KG to 64KG)’<\/p>\n

He added: ‘#imaceleb #callmecarol’ in reference to his crush on Carol Vorderman<\/a>, who has even been flirting back<\/a>…<\/p>\n

Strictly dancer Neil Jones<\/a> joked: ‘Bro stop with these thirst traps before my mum DMs you and I have to start calling you dad.’<\/p>\n

Melvin quipped back: ‘Too late… from now on refer to me as daddy.’<\/p>\n

In previous years, it\u2019s been revealed the celebrities taking part have lost a shocking amount of weight during their time in the jungle, with 2022 contestant Chris Moyles<\/a> saying he lost a stone and a half<\/a> while on the show, while last year\u2019s campmate Fred Sirieix said his \u2018stomach shrunk\u2019 <\/a>after the bland diet.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, this year, Barry McGuigan joked he\u2019s \u2018back down to championship weight\u2019<\/a> after losing 7 kilos, while Jane who was the first eliminated contestant and left camp after 15 days, also recently revealed she went down from 10st 3lb to 9st 7lb and her clothes were \u2018hanging off\u2019 her<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Following the eviction from camp, Melvin couldn’t get away from the measly portions quick enough, as he stopped off at a fast food restaurant to order a BBQ cheeseburger, 6 chicken nuggets and some fries, saying, while eating his cheeseburger: \u2018That\u2019s the best burger I\u2019ve ever had.\u2019<\/p>\n

After his experience in the jungle and taking part in Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly’s bushtucker trials, Melvin said he worried about how he ‘came across’<\/p>\n

\u2018I\u2019m so happy. I\u2019m probably the happiest person to be out. I\u2019m just overjoyed. I got to see my sisters today, and I spoke to my mum on the phone.<\/p>\n

‘She\u2019s so proud of me. I think you\u2019re so worried in there about how you come across and what people are thinking,\u2019 he explained.<\/p>\n

\u2018I thought I was really quiet, but it seems like loads of stuff was going on outside.\u2019<\/p>\n

This comes after viewers were left shocked by how little the celebrities actually get to eat<\/a>, following a revelation from presenters Ant and Dec.<\/p>\n

rolling.<\/p>\n<p>However, fans have been questioning ITV\u2019s \u2018duty of care\u2019 after Ant and Dec  revealed the true nature of how much they get to eat.<\/p>\n<p>In a video on social media, shared as the season was airing, they showed the measly portions of rice and beans, explaining: \u2018They really do rely on what they win in the trial.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>\u2018It\u2019s not a lot, is
